Our team delivered a complete plumbing and civil services package for a new cold and dry store warehouse located in East Arm, NT. Our contribution to this project included:

• Installation of a fire hydrant service
• Civil sewer service
• Power & Water meter assembly to support essential site infrastructure
• Comprehensive rainwater harvesting system with storage tanks, treatment systems and pressure pumps for efficient water reuse on-site
• Installation of a grease interceptor
• Installation of an oil-water treatment system incorporating a rainwater diversion pit and inground holding tank for effective environmental management

The project was completed with a full water rough-in and fit-off throughout the building, ensuring reliable and compliant plumbing performance across all systems.

Our team completed the full plumbing and drainage package for a new childcare centre in Virginia, NT. Our contribution to this project included:

• Installation of two Taylex ABS5000 wastewater treatment systems, along with a 22,000L balance tank to manage on-site wastewater efficiently
• Installation of a grease interceptor
• Installation of an underground sewer and stormwater reticulation system
• Installation of a fire hose reel service to ensure compliance with safety and building standards

The project was finalised with a complete water rough-in and fit-off throughout the building, delivering a reliable and high-quality plumbing system ready for everyday operation.

As part of the Richardson Park redevelopment, our team delivered the complete plumbing installation for a new public amenities block. Our contribution to this project included:

• New inground sewer service and copper water service, ensuring durability and long-term performance
• Supply and installation of high-quality stainless steel sanitary fixtures, providing a robust and low-maintenance solution suitable for a high-traffic public facility

Our team successfully delivered the full plumbing scope for a new amenities block located within the Darwin Waterfront Precinct. Our contribution to this project included:

• Installation of new inground sewer and water services
• Installation of inground stormwater infrastructure featuring a 17-metre stainless steel channel drain with heelguard grate for efficient surface water management
• Supply and installation of all sanitary fixtures, including in-wall chilled water bubblers, anti-vandal showers and a concrete wash plain basin fitted with wall-mounted sensor taps

The result is a modern, durable and low-maintenance facility designed to withstand the demands of a busy public environment.

Our team was engaged to complete plumbing works as part of the renovations at Darwin International Airport’s domestic terminal. Our contribution to this project included:

• Fit-out of new Red Rooster and Soul & Grain restaurants, including installation of a new trade waste drainage system with a grease interceptor and pump well located within the baggage handling area
• Provision of water and sewer supply services and completion of the sanitary fixture fit-off for a new amenities area within the international terminal

All works were carried out in a live airport environment, with careful coordination to meet strict safety and operational requirements.
